End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legal contract between you ("you", "user", "end user") and the individual developer operating Nexora AI ("Developer", "we", "our", "us"), based in Türkiye.

By downloading, installing, or using Nexora AI ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to:

• Download and install Nexora AI on your mobile device
• Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access the App's features, AI tools, product analysis, and related content

This license is granted subject to your full compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Use. You are not acquiring ownership or copyrights; you are only granted permission to use the App.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Access the App in ways not intended (e.g., scrapers, bots, automated tools)
• Use the App for commercial, competitive, or database-building purposes
• Remove or alter trademarks, logos, or copyright notices
• Interfere with servers, security systems, APIs, or data sources
• Upload images containing people, private data, harmful content, or illegal materials
• Circumvent subscription systems, security mechanisms, or usage limits
• Use the App to generate misleading, harmful, or fraudulent product information
• Use the App to perform activities that violate applicable laws or regulations

Violation may lead to immediate termination of your license.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in:

• The App
• AI models
• Algorithms
• Databases
• Text, UI, and graphics
• Trademarks
• The "Nexora AI Score" system
• Scanning and product recognition technologies

are owned exclusively by the Developer and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You receive no ownership rights. Only a license to use the App.

4. User Content (Images, Barcodes, Inputs)

If you upload or submit any content into the App—including:

• Product photos
• Ingredient label images
• Barcodes
• Product-related text or inputs

you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable license to:

• Analyze the content
• Process it using AI models
• Improve App functionality
• Enhance recognition algorithms
• Use anonymized insights for product classification and scoring

You must not upload:

• Photos of people
• Personal documents
• Sensitive or copyrighted content
• Illegal or harmful materials

All data is processed anonymously, as the App does not collect personal information.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Nexora AI uses artificial intelligence to generate ingredient analysis, safety classifications, user review summaries, product recommendations, and pricing insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies
• Product data may be incomplete or outdated
• The App is for informational purposes only
• The App does not replace medical, nutritional, dermatological, or professional advice
• Any reliance on AI results is at your own risk

The Developer assumes no liability for decisions you make based on the App's output.

6. Updates, Modifications & Availability

We may:

• Release updates
• Add or remove features
• Modify functionality
• Fix bugs
• Change pricing or subscription options
• Discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently

At any time and without prior notice. You agree that the Developer is not liable for:

• Downtime or unavailability
• Update-related issues
• Feature changes
• Data loss in temporary processing systems

7. Termination

This license may be terminated if:

• You violate this EULA
• You misuse the App
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• You interfere with security or system integrity
• The Developer discontinues the App
• Required by law or platform policy

Upon termination:

• Your license is immediately revoked
• You must stop using the App and uninstall it
• No refunds will be provided

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App may use third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase Crash Reporting
• AI processing providers
• App Store / Google Play billing systems

These services operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their actions.

The App may display advertisements, which may rely on:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• Non-personal usage data
• Regional information (country-level only)

No personal data is shared by the Developer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided: "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Security
• Error-free operation
• Availability
• Compatibility
• Non-infringement

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Health, allergy, or safety issues
• Incorrect product information or AI analysis
• Third-party data inaccuracies
• Decisions made based on App results
• Device malfunctions
• Advertising content or third-party services
• Misuse of the App
• Loss of data
• Product purchasing decisions

Your sole remedy is to stop using and uninstall the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
