Nexora AI does not collect, store, process, or request any of the following personal information:

• Social media accounts
• Device contact list
• Location tied to identity
• Photos of users
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)

Users can use the App without creating an account and without providing any identity-based information.

2. Anonymous App Usage

All users interact with Nexora AI anonymously.

• We do not use logins, registrations, or authentication systems.
• We do not track users across apps or websites.
• We do not build user profiles.

Any data processed by the App is handled locally on the device or in anonymized form through AI systems that cannot identify individuals.

3. Information We May Collect (Non-Personal Data)

Although we do not collect personal data, the App may collect non-personal, aggregated, or technical data automatically for functionality, analytics, or advertising purposes. Examples may include:

• Device type (Android/iOS)
• Operating system version

• Crash logs (Google/Apple automatic systems)

• AI query inputs (product photos or barcodes) processed anonymously and not linked to users

4. Product Images & Barcodes

To use the "Scan & Analyze" feature, users may upload:

• Product photos
• Ingredient labels
• Barcodes

These images are processed by AI models solely for product recognition and analysis. We do not collect:

• Photos of people
• Faces or identifiable individuals
• Metadata from images (EXIF, GPS, etc.)

All images are anonymized and never linked to a user account, since accounts do not exist. We do not store images unless necessary for temporary analysis.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Ad Networks

The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob or others. Advertising partners may collect non-personal device information to show relevant ads, such as:

• Device type
• Country (coarse location)
• Advertising ID (resettable, anonymous)
• App interactions
• General analytics

These networks do not receive any personal information from Nexora AI. All data they collect is subject to their own Privacy Policies and complies with Google Play and App Store rules. Users can reset or disable interest-based ads from their device settings.

6. No Data Sharing

Since we do not collect personal data, we also do not:

• Sell
• Rent
• Share
• Transfer any personal information to third parties.

The only data shared may be anonymous analytics or ad-related technical information required by third-party providers (e.g., Google AdMob), but it cannot identify users.

• App Store / Google Play billing systems

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region). Since the App does not collect personal data, it complies with:
