Welcome to Nexora AI, a mobile application operated under Nexora Apps ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "customer") and Nexora Apps regarding your access to and use of the Nexora AI application ("App") and all related features, content, data, analytics, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using Nexora AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Nexora AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

Nexora AI provides AI-powered analysis of packaged foods, cosmetics, perfumes, and similar consumer products, including but not limited to:

• Ingredient breakdown
• Harmful vs. harmless component identification
• Usage instructions
• Consumer reviews
• Pricing information based on the user’s country
• Risk indicators and internal "Nexora AI Score"
• AI-generated recommendations and insights
• Product comparison features
• Scan-and-analyze functionality using images or barcodes

All information is generated using AI models, third-party databases, public sources, or user-submitted data. The results may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Nexora AI is not a medical, nutritional, chemical, or professional safety service. Information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Medical, Health, or Safety Advice

The App may analyze health-related ingredients or potential risks, but: Nexora AI does not provide medical, nutritional, dermatological, chemical, toxicological, or safety advice.

The App is not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Replace professional medical or dermatological advice
• Serve as an emergency or safety system
• Provide official allergen verification
• Guarantee product authenticity, quality, or safety

Always consult qualified professionals for health, ingredient, allergy, or product-safety concerns. Your use of the App and reliance on the provided information are at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or delete accounts at our discretion.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Nexora AI may offer:

• Free access
• Free trials
• Monthly or annual subscriptions
• One-time purchases
• Regional price variations

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or control your payment information.

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Partial refunds are not provided.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by the store platform.

By starting a subscription, you authorize the platform to charge the applicable fees.

6. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
• Extract data using scraping, bots, or automated tools
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its data
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Interfere with servers, API systems, or data sources
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

7. User-Submitted Content

Some features allow you to upload or submit:

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to:

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload images containing:

• Humans or identifiable persons

• Illegal or copyrighted material without permission

Nexora AI uses AI and third-party sources which may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated results. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Safety classifications
• AI scores
• Pricing or availability
• Product authenticity
• Completeness of reviews
• Country-based information or database coverage

You acknowledge and agree that: All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Third-Party Products, Links & Pricing

The App may display data, prices, or purchase links from third-party sellers. We do not:

• Own or control those sellers
• Guarantee product availability or accuracy
• Take responsibility for third-party transactions
• Endorse third-party content, products, or websites

Your interaction with third parties is solely between you and the third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within the App — including:

• Text
• Graphics
• UI/UX elements
• Logos
• AI models
• Databases
• Algorithms
• Product classification systems
• The "Nexora AI Score"

— are owned by Nexora Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and international IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Mislead others using Nexora AI results
• Engage in scraping or mass data extraction
• Upload harmful files, malware, or copyrighted images
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or databases
• Circumvent subscription or security mechanisms
• Use the App to compete with Nexora AI
• Reproduce or redistribute AI-generated classifications

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license is revoked
• You must stop using the App
• No refunds will be provided

We may also discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
• AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Apps is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Product or ingredient inaccuracies
• Misinterpretation of AI insights
• Allergic reactions or health consequences
• Purchase decisions based on App data
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• User-submitted content misuse
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or sellers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexora Apps from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Uploading of unlawful or harmful content

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
